I’m Spencer Lingwood, drummer for The Firebirds, and I’ve been keeping the beat alive in the world of rock ’n’ roll for over two decades. Based in Hastings, I’ve had the pleasure of touring the UK and beyond with some incredible theatre productions like Rockin’ on Heaven’s Door, Rock ’n’ Roll Paradise, and Be-Bop A Lula. But nothing beats the energy and authenticity of playing with The Firebirds—bringing the raw power of ’50s and ’60s rock ’n’ roll to life night after night. It’s more than just music to me—it’s a way of life, and I’m proud to be part of a band that keeps that flame burning.
